Data Deletion

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This page explains how to delete data associated with the LoadSentry mobile application, published by 14652843 Canada Inc. LoadSentry has no account system, so there is no account to delete — and almost all of your data never leaves your device in the first place.

Your facility and calculation data (on-device)

Facilities, calculation inputs, and favorites are stored only in the App's local storage on your device. You can delete them at any time, without contacting us:

We never receive this data, so we hold nothing to delete on our side.

Purchase records (LoadSentry Pro)

If you purchase LoadSentry Pro, the purchase is processed by Google Play, and a minimal record (an anonymous app identifier and purchase status — never your name, email, or payment details) is processed by our purchase-management provider to keep Pro unlocked on your device.

To request deletion of this purchase record, email support@loadsentry.app with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will delete the record and confirm, normally within 30 days. Note that deleting it may remove our ability to restore your Pro purchase on a new device, and that Google retains its own order records under its policies — those can be managed from your Google account.
