Privacy Policy

This policy describes how 14652843 Canada Inc. (“we”, “us”), the publisher of the LoadSentry mobile application (the “App”) and this website, handles your information. The short version: the App collects nothing.

The App: no data collection

LoadSentry is designed to work entirely on your device:

• No personal information is collected. The App has no account system, no sign-in, and no way for us to identify you.
• No data leaves your device. The App makes no network calls. The facilities you create and the values you enter are stored only in the App's local storage on your device.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The App contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers of any kind.
• Device backups are disabled. The App opts out of Android's automatic cloud backup, so your facility data is not copied to any cloud service — not even your own Google account. Note that this means uninstalling the App or moving to a new device deletes your data.
• Sharing is always your action. The “share result” feature builds a plain-text summary and hands it to the app you choose (for example a messaging app) through your device's standard share menu. We never see or transmit that content.

This website

• The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
• It is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.
• If you choose to join our release-updates mailing list, the email address you submit is processed by our newsletter provider solely to send you LoadSentry news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We never sell or share the list.

Children

LoadSentry is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or, as described above, from anyone.

Your rights

Because the App collects no personal information, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Your facility data can be deleted at any time by deleting facilities in the App or uninstalling it. For the mailing list, every email contains an unsubscribe link. Questions under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) or Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) can be sent to the contact below.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App changes how data is handled (for example, an optional cloud sync feature), we will update this policy before that version ships and note the new effective date above.
