Privacy Policy

This policy describes how 14652843 Canada Inc. (“we”, “us”), the publisher of the LoadSentry mobile application (the “App”) and this website, handles your information. The short version: your work stays on your device. The only data that ever leaves it is the minimal, anonymous record needed to process an optional LoadSentry Pro purchase — described below.
The App: your data stays on your device
LoadSentry is designed to work entirely on your device:
- No personal information is collected. The App has no account system, no sign-in, and no way for us to identify you.
- Your facility and calculation data never leaves your device. The facilities you create and the values you enter are stored only in the App's local storage. Calculations run entirely on-device; the App's only network activity is processing an optional Pro purchase (see “LoadSentry Pro purchases” below).
- No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The App contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers of any kind.
- Device backups are disabled. The App opts out of Android's automatic cloud backup, so your facility data is not copied to any cloud service — not even your own Google account. Note that this means uninstalling the App or moving to a new device deletes your data.
- Sharing is always your action. The “share result” feature builds a plain-text summary and hands it to the app you choose (for example a messaging app) through your device's standard share menu. We never see or transmit that content.
LoadSentry Pro purchases
LoadSentry Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional calculators. If you buy it:
- Google Play processes the payment. Your name, email address, and payment details are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy — we never receive them.
- RevenueCat manages the unlock. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service acting on our behalf, to verify the purchase and keep Pro unlocked on your device. It processes a randomly generated, anonymous app identifier and your purchase status — nothing that identifies you personally.
- That's the complete list. No advertising identifiers, no location, no usage analytics, and none of your facility or calculation data are ever sent to us, RevenueCat, or anyone else. Purchase data is encrypted in transit.
- You can have the purchase record deleted at any time — see our Data Deletion page. Deleting it may prevent restoring your Pro purchase on a new device.
This website
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- It is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.
- If you choose to join our release-updates mailing list, the email address you submit is processed by our newsletter provider solely to send you LoadSentry news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We never sell or share the list.
Children
LoadSentry is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — or, as described above, from anyone.
Your rights
Because the App collects no personal information, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. Your facility data can be deleted at any time by deleting facilities in the App or uninstalling it. If you purchased LoadSentry Pro, you can ask us to delete the anonymous purchase record — see the Data Deletion page. For the mailing list, every email contains an unsubscribe link. Questions under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) or Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) can be sent to the contact below.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the App changes how data is handled (for example, an optional cloud sync feature), we will update this policy before that version ships and note the new effective date above.
